Requirements: Education and Experience: — Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) is required; — A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a legal role within the i-gaming industry; — Demonstrated experience in contract law.
Hard Skills and Competencies: — Strong knowledge of contract law and the ability to draft and review complex legal documents (English law); — Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical legal solutions; — Commitment to internal policies compliance with the ability to question and improve them; — Familiarity with internal IT-tools: Asana, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Slack. — English language level B2-C1.
Will be plus: — Working experience in a law firm or in-house legal team of a major i-gaming players.
Soft Skills: — Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders , especially under pressure mitigating and avoiding conflicts; — Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; — Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities: 1. Contract Review and Management: — Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts, including merchant service agreements, software license agreements (with game providers), payment service agreements (with PSPs), NDAs and service agreements. — Ensure contracts comply with internal policies and applicable laws. 2. Contract Registry Management — Maintaining various internal contract registries — Updating and revising internal standards for registry management 3. Business Development Support: — Collaborate with the business departments to provide legal insights and support for partnerships. — Evaluate legal risks associated with new business relationships and advise accordingly. 4. Communication with other internal legal teams — Negotiating and resolving cross-team tasks. 5. Contributing to the development of internal policies: — Assist in the creation, review, and continuous improvement of internal departmental policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
