DTEAM is looking for a Sales Development Representative.If you have experience in B2B sales, can build strong client relationships, and know how to convert leads into long-term partnerships — we’d love to meet you!
Your Responsibilities: * Identify and reach out to potential clients (prospecting) * Qualify leads to match our Ideal Customer Profile * Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline * Initiate contact and engage with prospects via email, calls, or social media * Schedule meetings and present tailored service offerings * Maintain and update CRM with relevant sales activity * Contribute to overall sales goals through lead generation and qualification *
✅ We’re Looking For Someone With: * 2+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in an IT outstaffing company or startup * Proven track record in B2B sales and communicating with international clients * General understanding of software development and IT terminology * Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills * Experience working with various sales techniques and tools * Understanding of the full sales cycle and deal-closing strategies * High self-discipline, time management, and a results-oriented mindset * Advanced English level (both spoken and written) *
