Inzhur is the first Ukrainian REIT company that allows retail investors to jointly invest in and own large, profitable real estate properties. We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior DevOps Engineer (part-time) to join our growing team and help build and maintain secure, scalable, high-performance infrastructure to support our expanding fintech platform.
Key Responsibilities: * Support of CI/CD processes. * Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems. * Build secure and scalable services. * Manage AWS cloud infrastructure: EC2, RDS, IAM, S3, EKS or ECS, VPC. * Backup, Disaster Recovery, fault-tolerant architecture. * Maintain office network security: firewalls, ACLs, VLANs. * Monitoring and auditing of accesses, logs, configuration changes. * Interaction with development teams regarding security-as-code and security hardening. * Formation of infrastructure policies. * Documentation of architectural solutions and SOPs.
Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles. * Experience with monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK. * CI/CD skills using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins. * Familiarity with Nginx, Traefik, and cert-manager. * Solid experience with AWS services. * Knowledge of IAM, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, Security Hub. * Experience with VPC design, routing, and subnetting (private/public). * Understanding of WAF, IDS/IPS, and SIEM systems. * Experience with Rive / Lottie or other custom animation technologies (preferred). * Strong threat modeling skills. * Deep understanding of networking, containerization, system administration. * Experience building high-availability and high-load architectures. * Responsible, autonomous, and strong planning skills.
Conditions that we offer: * The employment type is that of an Individual entrepreneur, with a three-month probation period. * The monthly compensation will be determined after the interview. * The compensation package includes compliance with public holidays as established by Ukrainian legislation. * Medical insurance will be provided after the probation period is successfully completed, covering 50% of the insurance programme costs. * The standard working hours are weekdays from 9AM to 6PM.
