We’re hiring a reliable and driven Operations & Client Success Manager to help us manage client projects, streamline communication, and ensure smooth delivery of our services. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates in the EU timezone, with plenty of room to grow and make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll oversee day-to-day project coordination, making sure tasks are moving forward, deadlines are met, and clients stay informed throughout the process. You’ll take the lead in managing communications with both new and existing customers, offering timely support and maintaining a high standard of service. You’ll also handle our social media presence, primarily on LinkedIn, ensuring we stay active, relevant, and professional. Deliveries will be part of your routine—checking that everything reaches the client in perfect condition, on time.
Ideal Candidate
You’re based in the EU timezone and fluent in English, both written and spoken. You’re organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball. You communicate clearly and calmly, even when under pressure. Experience with online project management and client support is important. If you speak German, it’s a bonus—but not essential. You’re the kind of person who takes initiative, spots inefficiencies, and suggests improvements rather than waiting to be asked.
Tools We Use
We keep our workflow efficient using Slack for team communication, Asana Pro for task and project tracking, and Google Workspace for collaboration and documentation. LinkedIn is our main social platform, and experience with it will be very useful.
