We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team in a dedicated role for a long-term client from the US.
We value a strong cultural match as much as technical expertise. We need a Recruiter who will be integral in attracting, assessing, and hiring top IT professionals.
The project
The project was founded back in 2014 with the goal of connecting private and government universities with regular people like we are. You have a variety of auditoriums, gyms, classrooms, and other venue options available for community use — schedule facility uses and manage requests from the community all in one place.

What makes this role unique: * You will work exclusively with one client, becoming an embedded part of their team. * You’ll have full ownership of the recruitment process, from strategy to execution. * You’ll collaborate closely with the Hiring Manager, engineering leadership, and other stakeholders on the client’s side. * You’ll have the freedom to introduce and implement your own ideas, tools, and improvements. * Access to all the recruitment tools and resources you may need. * You’ll work with a demanding but quality-oriented team — the bar for talent is high, and we value that.
Meet the Recruitment team
You’ll be joining an experienced and collaborative recruitment team of 4 Recruiters. We guarantee a supportive environment where you can grow professionally.
Interview Process: * Recruitment Interview — 40 min; * Interview with COO & Co-Founder — 30 min; * Interview with Hiring Manager — 30 min.
Requirement: * 4+ years of experience in recruitment with international markets; * Has a strong background in communication with clients; * Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; * Is proactive, independent, and confident in managing the full recruitment lifecycle; * Is fluent in English (C1); * Is detail-oriented and ready to work with a client who is very selective about both candidates and team fit.
Responsibilities: * Lead the end-to-end hiring process; * Act as a true recruitment partner to the client: provide market insights, hiring recommendations, and regular updates; * Build strong pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies; * Ensure a smooth candidate experience and clear communication at all stages; * Adjust and improve hiring workflows when needed to increase efficiency or quality.
