Dear Flutter professionals,
Nayax Retail Odesa is looking for an experienced Flutter Team Lead to lead the development of several new mobile products in the FinTech and Retail space.
These apps will serve both B2B and B2C audiences — from digital payments to customer loyalty solutions — and will be developed in close collaboration with product and backend teams. We’re building scalable, user-friendly, and internationalized mobile experiences from scratch, and we’re looking for a strong technical leader to guide the team through this journey.
Your responsibilities will include: * Leading a team of Flutter developers (Middle/Senior). * Driving architectural decisions and development strategy across multiple projects. * Ensuring high code quality and performance. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Backend). * Mentoring and supporting developers through code reviews and daily guidance.
What we expect: * 4+ years of experience in mobile development (Android/iOS), 3+ in Flutter. * Previous experience as a team lead or senior developer with mentorship responsibility. * Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, GRASP & GOF design patterns, and SOLID principles. * Experience integrating with Firebase, RESTful APIs, and third-party SDKs. * Hands-on experience with complex UI, animations, and responsive design. * Ability to take ownership and drive projects from concept to delivery. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Strong knowledge of mobile OS (iOS, Android)
