We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Account Manager. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth communication, resolving complex issues, and driving client satisfaction. You’ll also identify opportunities to upsell and expand accounts, contributing to business growth through trusted partnerships.

Key tasks: * Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts by building strong, lasting client relationships. * Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services. * Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues. * Develop tailored sales strategies and proposals to meet clients’ specific requirements. * Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, finance) to ensure client satisfaction. * Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities. * Regularly report on upsell activities, pipeline development, and account growth forecasts.
Your background: * 2-3+ years of account management experience * Proven track record of managing a portfolio of high-value clients * Proficiency with sales software like PipeDrive is a plus * Strong personality and negotiation skills * Ability to learn and adapt fast * Willingness to develop technical skills associated with server-side tracking * C1-C2 English
Will be a plus: * Experience in the digital marketing industry, knowledge in the tracking and analytics domain.
