We are launching an exciting startup aimed at connecting babysitters and parents in a trusted and innovative way. To support this mission, we’re looking for a talented Writer + SMM Specialist who combines the creativity of a content writer with the precision of a digital marketer. What will you do * Create engaging content for social media, landing pages, email campaigns, and blog posts focused on parenting, childcare, and safe babysitting * Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) * Follow and help execute the marketing plan in collaboration with the team * Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) * Communicate with users via comments, direct messages, and social media engagement * Track performance of campaigns and social media activity, prepare basic reports and insights * Collaborate closely with designers and developers to ensure messaging consistency across the platform
Requirements * Proven experience in content creation and social media management * Strong writing skills in English (some German is a plus) * Understanding of basic marketing principles and tools (campaign planning, targeting, A/B testing) * Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, or similar platforms * Experience working with startups or in a fast-paced environment is a plus * Ability to follow directions and adapt content to match our brand voice and strategy * Self-organized, proactive, and curious about the parenting & childcare niche
