What You Will Be Doing — Gather and formalize product requirements for savings accounts, business accounts, and payments product development, including business logic and edge cases.
— Communicate with internal stakeholders and external service providers (e.g., payment gateways, card processors, core banking platforms).
— Prepare clear, structured technical requirements for developers, designers, analysts, and marketing teams.
— Work closely with engineers to ensure smooth end-to-end implementation, clarifying requirements, unblocking decisions, and resolving issues throughout the development cycle.
— Review technical documentation, understand API specs, and make informed decisions on integration flows and capabilities.
— Own the product development lifecycle — from discovery to delivery to post-launch improvements.
— Conduct UAT and validate that the delivered features meet the requirements and deliver value to customers.
— Actively collaborate with marketing to position and promote both new and existing products in the app.
— Analyze customer journeys, identify drop-offs, and optimize the UX and business impact of launched features. Who You Are — You have solid experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Owner in developing banking products, preferably in the areas of Savings accounts and/or Business accounts for entrepreneurs.
— Knowledge of English at B1 level or higher.
— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you don’t just write down what people say; you challenge assumptions and look for better solutions.
— Comfortable working with technical documentation; you have a good grasp of REST APIs, request/response logic, and can write user stories in Confluence or Jira, documenting everything from UX copy to backend logic.
— You know how to break down complex processes and explain them clearly to both developers and non-tech teams.
— You use AI tools to speed up your workflow — whether it’s drafting a doc or brainstorming edge cases.
— A strong communicator — you keep stakeholders aligned and manage expectations clearly and respectfully.
— You care deeply about the customer experience and are excited to ship features that make banking simpler and smarter.
