ABCloudz is looking for a Program Manager to lead customer-facing modernization programs, driving end-to-end execution of complex initiatives across higher education clients. The core responsibilities include * Managing cross-functional efforts to modernize on-premises applications and related systems to cloud-native SaaS architectures * Leading the development of products that support discovery and accelerate application migrations to SaaS * Managing the design and development of various integrations to provide enhanced features and capabilities within the SaaS solution * This role involves aligning internal teams, partners, and customers toward successful outcomes through structured planning, effective communication, and results-oriented leadership * The ideal candidate has a strong background in program or project management within enterprise software or cloud migration environments * You will manage multiple workstreams, coordinate with technical teams, provide visibility to stakeholders, and ensure alignment with customer objectives
Qualifications * 4+ years of experience in Program or Project Management managing enterprise level projects across multiple operating teams * Proven success in managing large-scale technology programs involving multiple stakeholders * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective engagement with diverse stakeholders * Solid understanding of software development life cycles and practical experience with both agile and waterfall methodologies * Effective leadership skills, with the ability to manage both technical and non-technical teams * Experience working with cross-functional, global teams and navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments
Preferred Skills * Background in cloud modernization and application migration initiatives * Understanding of database technologies such as PostgreSQL and Oracle, as well as Java-based applications * PMP and/or Scrum certification
Responsibilities * Lead cross-functional programs to deliver a variety of solutions within the higher education domain * Develop and manage program plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies * Coordinate with technical, business, and customer teams to align on program goals, deliverables, and milestones * Identify and manage dependencies and integration requirements, including third-party applications and services * Facilitate effective communication between engineering teams and customer stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution * Drive issue resolution and maintain accountability throughout all phases of the program lifecycle * Own program reporting and executive-level updates, including key metrics, status reports, and escalations
