Responsibilities:
— Plan, write, and send outbound email campaigns to prospects (cold outreach)
— Segment and personalize email content based on industry, region, or behavior
— Collaborate with our business development team on campaign ideas.
— Track key metrics (open rate, reply rate, bounce rate) and optimize performance
— Test and improve deliverability and inbox placement
What We Expect:
— Experience with cold email marketing and outbound outreach
— Strong written English (clear, concise, and engaging copy)
— Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Instantly, Mailshake, Lemlist, Snow.io, Apollo etc.)
— Understanding of email deliverability best practices
— Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple sequences
— A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
Nice to Have:
— Experience with Instantly, Zapmail, or similar tools
— Background in real estate, architecture, or creative industries
— Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation tools
— Experience in improving deliverability to Outlook for cold outreach.
