As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in identifying operational inefficiencies, defining and documenting existing processes, and proposing improvements. While you’ll play a strategic role in shaping the organization’s future processes, you’ll also spend a significant portion of your time immersed in tactical, hands-on work.
Responsibilities
* Conduct detailed data analysis to uncover inefficiencies and trends.
* Facilitate requirements gathering by interviewing stakeholders and end users across departments.
* Document current workflows (“as is” state) and propose optimized process improvements.
* Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Collaborate closely with department heads, unit leads, and the CTO to ensure changes align with organizational goals.
* Analyze and help optimize internal usage of Salesforce as our primary ERP and CRM, with a strong understanding of its custom implementations.
Requirements
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in business analysis.
* Proven ability to document business workflows and translate them into improvement plans.
* Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
* Fluency in English at C1 level or above.
* Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
* Comfort working remotely and cross-functionally in distributed teams.
* Familiarity with real estate and taxes in the US is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Salesforce, especially custom development, configuration, and working with developers/admins on enhancements and feature optimization.
* Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus, but not required.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 6 months, you will:
* Deliver a complete and detailed “as is” workflow documentation for at least one key department.
* Draft a prioritized and actionable improvement plan based on your findings.
* Contribute insights to improve the efficiency and customization of Salesforce usage across the company.
