3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in using tools like Jira, Confluence. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field. Experience with Fintech. Level of English — Upper-Intermediate and higher.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements. Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to extract requirements. Analyze and refine requirements for feasibility and clarity. Prioritize requirements based on business value and complexity. Produce clear and concise documentation for requirements using tools and templates. Document current and future state business processes. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment. Obtain requirement validation and sign-offs from stakeholders. Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for technical teams. Assist the technical team in understanding the requirements, answering queries, and providing clarifications. Collaborate with the QA team to ensure that the implemented solution meets the requirements. Monitor project progress, ensuring that requirements are delivered as expected. Communicate updates and changes in requirements to all relevant stakeholders. Collect feedback on delivered features and incorporate it into future requirements. Identify opportunities for business process improvements.
