You’ll work at the intersection of .NET, React, and AI, helping to shape the architecture of a platform that processes over 2 billion monthly requests. What You’ll Do * Lead the design and development of full-stack features using React, .NET Core / .NET 6+, and C#. * Mentor and support a team of engineers, fostering growth and upholding a high bar for engineering standards. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to turn business needs into scalable solutions. * Architect and maintain high-availability systems for millions of daily users. * ️ Drive code quality, testing practices, and continuous delivery pipelines. * ⚙️ Champion performance improvements, monitor production environments, and tackle technical debt proactively. * Integrate AI/LLM technologies into real-world features that enhance the customer experience. * Promote DevOps best practices to increase release frequency, code stability, and team productivity.
What We’re Looking For * ✅ 7+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. * ✅ Expertise in .NET Core, C#, and React. * ✅ Solid grasp of web architecture, microservices, REST APIs, and asynchronous workflows. * ✅ Experience with automated testing: Jest/Vitest, Playwright, NUnit. * ✅ Proven ability to guide teams through Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines. * ✅ Strong communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or above). * ✅ A mindset focused on impact, mentorship, and continuous improvement. * ✅ Passion or curiosity for AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies.
