As a BDR (Business Development Representative) at SBC Performance, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential business opportunities through outbound prospecting. You’ll work closely with Sales Managers and clients to develop effective outreach strategies and generate sales meetings.
This role requires experience in B2B lead generation and familiarity with industries like e-commerce, Marketing, FinTech, and Lead Gen. You will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, leveraging phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to drive interest and schedule meetings.
Location: Remote or Prague, the Czech Republic
Flexible start: 9 AM — 11 AM CET (standard 8-hour working day)
Key responsibilities: * Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads. * Research and identify target companies and decision-makers within assigned industries. * Qualify leads by understanding their pain points, needs, and interest in the client’s solutions. * Set up appointments and hand off qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives. * Maintain accurate records of interactions and prospect status in the CRM system. * Meet and exceed KPIs such as call volume and appointment setting. * Stay up to date on industry trends, client offerings, and best practices in lead generation. * Collaborate with internal teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.
Requirements * 1+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or OB/IB outreach. * Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English. * Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospects. * Ability to learn quickly, adapt to feedback, and work in a fast-paced environment. * Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed. * “No” answer resistance.
