What You’ll Be Doing: * develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract high-quality leads and expand the sales pipeline; * identify and contact potential clients through email and LinkedIn, categorize leads, assess their needs and potential; * work closely with the sales team to align lead generation efforts and refine targeting criteria, ensuring consistency across departments; * research new business opportunities for cooperation, laying the groundwork for potential strategic initiatives.
Your Skills: * advanced English and fluency in Ukrainian; * experience in lead generation with proven results; * strong analytical skills, capable of working with statistics and drawing data-driven insights; * experience developing successful outbound sales hypotheses with specific validation KPIs and timelines; * excellent business communication and argumentation skills; * high productivity, self-motivation, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
