Requirements: Must-Have: * 1+ years of commercial experience in Manual QA * Solid understanding of QA principles, methodologies, and best practices. * Experience with manual testing of web applications (80% of responsibilities). * Willingness to grow and contribute to test automation (up to 20% — frontend and backend) with basic experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with backend systems (Java, Node.js a plus). * Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows. * High attention to detail and structured thinking. * Analytical and problem-solving mindset. * Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment. * Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. * Upper-intermediate English (spoken and written).
Nice to Have: * Hands-on experience testing backend systems (Java or Node.js). * Previous exposure to automation frameworks or CI/CD integration. * Leadership traits or mentoring potential.
Responsibilities: * Analyze and process project requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage. * Develop and maintain frontend automation tests (JavaScript/TypeScript). * Create and update test documentation: test cases, checklists, reports. * Estimate testing effort and time required for tasks and full projects. * Conduct functional testing to ensure the quality and reliability of web applications. * Perform smoke, regression, and accessibility testing to validate stability and compliance. * Coordinate and manage QA activities across one large project or multiple smaller ones. * Communicate effectively with developers, QA team members, and project stakeholders. * Prepare and present Test Summary Reports for demos and project reviews. * Soft skills: Actively participate in functional and product discussions with business representatives. * Collaborate with developers and designers to improve new and existing features. * Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery of results. * Demonstrate proactive problem-solving, identifying issues before they escalate. * Continuously learn and contribute to the team’s shared knowledge and QA best practices.
