Must-Have Skills: * Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET Core, Node.js, or Python for building scalable, maintainable backend systems, with a preference for candidates who can lead development teams working across any of these languages. * Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, JavaScript, and TypeScript to guide the development of modern, user-friendly applications. * Well-rounded experience with diverse data storage solutions, including SQL databases(e.g., MSSQL), NoSQL systems, and cloud-based platforms like Snowflake. * Strong track record in designing, building, and maintaining AI systems at scale, showcasing deep technical expertise. * Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services (e.g., Large Language Models (LLMs), Agents, Prompt Management, Prompt Flow, etc.). * In-depth understanding of fundamental AI/ML concepts, including language modelling, embeddings, attention mechanisms, tokenization strategies, and the ability to evaluate and communicate architectural trade-offs. * Full ownership of AI workflows, covering data preprocessing, model deployment, andcontinuous system improvements in production environments. * Leadership capability to guide teams in evaluating trade-offs, selecting tools and technologies, and solving complex technical problems aligned with business priorities. * Extensive cloud experience, including AWS (e.g., CloudFormation) and/or Azure, with a preference for familiarity across both platforms. * Proficient in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Git-based workflows, for smooth software delivery. * Practical expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing, to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance at every level.
