About the Role We’re looking for a self-driven Recruitment & HR Specialist to join our company. In this role, your main focus will be full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing to successful onboarding. Additionally, you’ll take care of core HR tasks such as adaptation and team engagement, depending on the current recruitment workload.
You will work independently and report directly to our team in Spain, so you should feel comfortable communicating in English on a daily basis, both in speaking and writing.
This is a fully remote position What You Will Do * Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles across Playwing * Manage full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing and screening to interviews, candidate presentation, and offer stage * Provide support and care for team members throughout their journey — from onboarding to offboarding * Foster strong relationships with team members and leadership, supporting a culture of high performance and collaboration * Collaborate closely with the Business team in Madrid and the Delivery Management team in Ukraine * Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and analytics
✅ Skills and Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in recruitment (HR experience is a plus) * Proven track record in hiring for global non-tech positions (e.g., Affiliate Managers, User Acquisition, Business Development) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills * Background in the IT industry * Confident English communication skills, both written and spoken
