Position Overview:
We’re looking for a creative mind and a bold thinker! At Fintech Farm, we’re on the hunt for a Creative Marketing Specialist for our cutting-edge fintech products who’s not just talented — but passionate about turning concepts into scroll-stopping ads. You’ll work in a vibrant marketing team sparking collaboration and pushing creative boundaries to deliver high-impact content!
Your future tasks: * Develop creative advertising concepts for performance marketing campaigns (Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads). * Analyze ad performance and generate ideas to improve results based on key metrics like CPL, CTR, and ROAS. * Research advertising trends in competitive markets using spy tools; study direct and indirect competitors and deliver actionable insights. * Create briefs for motion/graphic designers, UGC creators, and agencies. * Build and maintain a database of UGC creators (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), and assess their relevance and effectiveness. * Evaluate influencers (reach, engagement, brand fit) and prepare analytical reports * Propose fresh creative ideas and approaches tailored to the product’s specifics, applying current trends in practice. * Actively participate in brainstorming sessions with the PPC team and Creative Marketing Manager to elevate creative quality.
Requirements: * 1+ year of experience in creative or digital marketing. * Basic understanding of user acquisition and digital ad platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok). * Basic research skills (market, competitors, trends, spy tools). * Basic understanding of Figma. * Basic knowledge of marketing metrics (CPI, CTR, ROI). * Organized, proactive, and eager to learn. * Creative mindset with the ability to propose and test ideas. * Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
Nice to have: * Experience in fintech products or/and working with markets like India and Vietnam. * Strong copywriting skills (hooks, ad copy, headlines). * Perform basic video editing software for TikTok (CapCut, VN, etc). * Experience collaborating with UGC creators or/and platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Beeroll, #Paid, etc. * Familiarity with AI tools for market research or content creation aimed at performance goals.
