This is a project-based role requiring approximately 10 hours per week. Most of the core Game Design Document (GDD) is already written, and your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between the existing GDD, the creative vision, and the development team.
Responsibilities: * Act as a liaison between the GDD, the project vision, and the development team * Translate design concepts into clear, actionable tasks and communicate them effectively to the team * Provide feedback on game features and help align implementation with the original vision * Assist in fine-tuning and configuring levels during the final stages of development
Requirements: * Prior experience as a game designer on casual mobile games (experience with endless runners is a must) * Strong understanding of game mechanics, flow, and player experience * Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate remotely with developers and artists * Detail-oriented with a good sense of pacing, difficulty balancing, and level design * Familiarity with Unity * English — Upper-Intermediate level
