What you’ll be doing: * Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking; * Screen and evaluate candidates’ skills through interviews and assessments; * Collaborate effectively with Sales and Customer Success representatives to source developers for specific projects; * Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from initial outreach to CV polishing and onboarding; * Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics in our ATS; * Keep up with industry trends and propose improved sourcing and recruitment strategies; * Join and take part in creating activities such as educational digests, team retrospectives, and learning workshops.
What we’re looking for: * Advanced English, both written and spoken; * Knowledge of remote hiring best practices; * Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS platforms; * Comfortable with evening working hours; * Understanding of the software development process, familiarity with the most popular programming languages, and frameworks; * Have a natural curiosity about people, business and the world; * Easy to get along with people, enjoy effective and up-to-the-point communication; * Proactive and organized — you can juggle several roles without breaking a sweat; * Flexible mindset — you’re cool with adjusting scripts and approaches as the market shifts; * Clear and healthy communication.
Qualifications: * Experience in IT recruitment or technical support, 1+ years; * Prior experience working in a startup environment would be nice; * Any IT course certificates. The more, the better.
