About the Roles
We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for experienced Senior and Lead User Acquisition Managers to supercharge our growth engine. And you’ll have the opportunity to choose your primary focus area, depending on where your strengths lie:
* Paid Social — Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and more.
* Paid Search — Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Bing.
If your focus is Paid Social:
* Drive or lead Paid Social UA direction (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) at Promova, owning strategy, testing, and scaling.
* Manage priorities and performance of the Paid Social team (UAMs), including goal setting and coordination across departments.
* Launch and optimize ad campaigns across multiple geos, audiences, and creatives.
* Analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and make performance-driven decisions.
* Build strong relationships with platform representatives and experiment with beta features.
* Drive automation of UA processes through in-house and third-party tools.
If your focus is Paid Search:
* Own and execute UA strategy across Google Ads and Apple Search Ads, ensuring positive ROMI.
* Launch and optimize App Campaigns with a focus on user intent, creative testing, and conversion funnels.
* Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and tech teams to ensure campaign tracking, attribution, and landing page performance.
* Explore new scaling opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
* Manage relationships with Google and Apple reps for strategic insights and platform advantages.
About You
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Paid Social or Google/ASA).
* Proven experience managing budgets of $1M+/month.
* Practical experience with web funnels, including driving traffic that converts and achieves positive ROMI under competitive conditions.
* Strong analytical skills and a data-first mindset — ability to identify insights and act on them.
* Advanced skills in Google Sheets, Amplitude, Tableau, or similar tools.
* A growth mindset and deep understanding of digital marketing, user funnels, and creative testing.
* Experience working in fast-paced, experiment-heavy environments.
* Spoken English Intermediate or higher.
Nice to have (especially for Search direction):
* Experience with direct media buying on iOS/Android.
* Familiarity with tracking systems setup.
