We’re not just filling a position — we’re looking for a future partner. As the CEO’s right hand, you’ll have direct access to mentorship and the opportunity to grow into a key player in our company over the next three years.
The Real Deal
Our team is friendly (with a quirky sense of humor) and values brains over badges. We’re looking for someone who:
— Sees complex problems as exciting puzzles rather than obstacles
— Googles before asking, but isn’t afraid to ask when needed
— Values learning over showing off existing knowledge
— Can handle our sometimes silly office jokes and laid-back atmosphere
— Wants to grow with us for the long haul (minimum 3 years)
What You’ll Actually Do
— Take ownership of projects that directly impact our growth
— Gradually take on responsibilities currently handled by the CEO
— Learn to build and maintain client relationships that last
— Adapt to different project requirements and client personalities
— Make mistakes, learn from them, and become wiser
— Reflect on your work and continuously improve
— Become irreplaceable through your combination of skills and attitude
You Should Have
— At least 1.5 years of project management experience in IT
— Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (we can teach you the rest)
— The wisdom to know what’s important versus what’s urgent
— Ability to build relationships with different personality types
— Enough technical understanding to communicate effectively with developers
— A growth mindset that sees feedback as an opportunity
Nice-to-Haves (But Not Deal-Breakers)
— Technical background (development or QA experience)
— Experience with any project management tools
— Knowledge of other management methodologies besides Agile
What’s In It For You
— Direct mentorship from the CEO
— A clear growth path with increasing responsibilities
— Freedom to learn through doing (and sometimes failing)
— 30 working days of paid vacation
— Unlimited paid sick leave
— Flexible working schedule with remote options
— Competitive salary that grows with your performance
