Who are we?:
Inzhur is the first Ukrainian REIT company that allows retail investors to jointly invest in and own large, profitable real estate properties. We are looking for a talented Senior Flutter Developer to help develop our website and investor portal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing the architecture and structure of a high-load Flutter application from scratch.
* Implement MVP functionality, including registration, wallet, investments, notifications, and withdrawals, etc.
* Integrate the mobile app with backend services based on Strapi and Nest.js.
* Conduct testing, debugging and performance optimization.
* Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.
Initial focus (first 2–3 months):
* Deep dive into business logic and product goals.
* Contribute to discussions and the planning of new features and product concepts.
* Develop and deliver the core functionalities of the mobile application.
* Identify and propose optimal technologies and approaches for implementation.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Flutter development (3+ years preferred).
* Proficiency in Dart and experience in building mobile applications from the ground up.
* Experience in designing application architecture, framework setup and CI/CD integration.
* A solid understanding and practical experience with state management solutions such as Riverpod, Bloc or Provider.
* Experience with REST APIs and WebSocket integration.
* Experience with authentication mechanisms including Auth0, OAuth2 and 2FA.
Familiarity with mobile app deployment processes for both App Store and Google Play.
* Ability to work with Figma and translate designs into high-quality UI.
* Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
* A team player with excellent communication skills.
Preferred skills:
* Experience with animation tools and libraries such as Rive or Lottie.
* Experience of implementing custom animations and interactive UI effects.
Conditions that we offer:
* The employment type is that of an Individual entrepreneur, with a three-month probation period.
* The monthly compensation will be determined after the interview.
* The compensation package includes compliance with public holidays as established by Ukrainian legislation.
* Medical insurance will be provided after the probation period is successfully completed, covering 50% of the insurance programme costs.
* The standard working hours are weekdays from 9AM to 6PM.
