At LSK Solutions, you’ll work on writing high-performing creative briefs tailored to diverse niches and client goals. You’ll also: * You’ll stay on top of trends by analyzing competitors and rapidly adapting winning ideas * Collaborate in creative brainstorms and pitch new concepts * Work closely with project managers and clients to hit quality and quantity targets * Provide clear, detailed briefs for our UGC creators to deliver on expectations as fast as possible * Partner with our design team, setting tasks and guiding projects
About You: * Ideally, you have 1+ years of experience in the creative or performance marketing or design industry, but we welcome candidates with less experience too! * Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English skills are essential. * Familiarity with AI-generative tools like ChatGPT is a big plus. * You excel at communication and collaboration, thrive in team settings, and can handle a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * You’re detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at managing your time effectively. * You have a curious mind, especially when it comes to creative strategies and competitive research.
