We’re looking for a customer-focused, data-driven Product Manager with solid PPC marketing experience to shape a world-class user experience and drive product innovation. This is a customer-facing, Product-Led Growth (PLG) role in a fast-paced digital marketing environment
Team: Founder, 2 Backend Developers, Frontend Developer Tools used on the project: Google ads, Facebook ads; Google analitics/GA4; Mixpanel / Amplitude / Heap; Hotjar / FullStory; Figma; Google Forms, Typeform; Maze, Lookback, Useberry; Optimizely, VWO; Metrics: activation, retention, churn, LTV, CAC. Requirements: * 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager * 2+ years of PPC marketing experience with strong knowledge of digital advertising strategy and user behaviour * Solid knowledge of UI/UX best practices — ability to evaluate design and improve user flows (experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD — will be a plus) * An analytical mindset with hands-on experience using product analytics tools * Strong business acumen — understanding of how product decisions impact growth, retention, and revenue * Ability to work lean and iterate quickly while delivering real value * Experience in competitive markets where differentiation and positioning are critical * Upper-Intermediate English level
Responsibilities: * Define and execute the product vision and roadmap based on market research, customer needs, and business strategy * Assess and plan the required team composition (e.g., UI/UX, Frontend, QA) to deliver on product goals * Optimise user experience. Identify UX pain points, create wireframes, and collaborate with UI/UX designers. * Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and usability tests to validate product decisions * Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth * Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment with the go-to-market strategy * Define and track key product metrics to drive measurable improvements in retention and revenue * Prioritise features and initiatives based on analytics, user behaviour, and business impact
