Due to intensive growth, we are glad to invite a Compliance & Health and Safety Expert, based in Ukraine. What you will do * Develop, review and update compliance and health & safety policies, procedures, and manuals. * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements. * Collaborate with departments to implement compliance programs (incl, measures). * Organize and monitor results of people awareness programs for staff at all levels. * Design and execute internal audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. * Monitor compliance metrics and trends. * Provide expert advice to business units on compliance matters related to new initiatives, partnerships, or product launches. * Lead or support investigations of accidents, incidents, near-misses and report results. * Act as the primary point of contact for health and safety matters. * Recommend and implement process improvements. * Coordinate external audits. * Initiate and monitor the execution of the required corrective and preventive measures.
What you need for this * 2+ years proven experience in compliance including health and safety scope for IT company presented globally. * Understanding of large IT outsourcing company and delivery processes. * Strong knowledge of compliance systems and methodologies including health and safety standards. * Experience in developing and managing compliance and H&S systems in the organization. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience with ISO Standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 45001 * Strong coordination skills and stress resilience especially in emergency cases * Creative, analytically minded with strong problem-solving skills * At least upper-intermediate level of English.
Will be a plus: * Professional certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 45001 * Previous experience leading initiatives of implementation of international standards.
