What you will do: * Lead the BI/Data Engineers team (5 members) * Engage with key stakeholders to identify their needs * Prioritize tasks based on business value and potential impact while balancing urgent requests with long-term strategic initiatives * Ensure data quality, uncover insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve the DWH performance
Requirements: * 4+ years of experience in a similar engineering role * 1+ years of experience in a lead role * Excellent knowledge of database concepts, data quality principles, and advanced SQL * Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining ETL data pipelines * Experience working with Cloud-Native technologies (AWS preferred/Azure/GCP) * Hands-on experience designing production-level Python code
Good to Have: * Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI * Experience with billing systems, company financial reporting, and subscription monetization products * Basic knowledge of Data Science, including familiarity with machine learning concepts, predictive modeling, or clustering techniques * Bachelor’sor Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or other relevant equivalent
