You’ll be the bridge between manufacturing teams and developers, translating real-world CNC shop needs into software requirements. This includes process mapping, production cost modeling, and integrating STEP file outputs into ERP systems. Your insights will help engineers build smarter systems and help planners make better decisions.
Requirements: * 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (metal manufacturing field is preferred). * Hands-on experience with ERP systems. * Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and cost modeling. * Skilled in process mapping, Excel/SQL/BI tools, and documentation. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Degree in Business, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (MBA or CBAP a plus). * Advanced English level.
Responsibilities: * Gather and document business needs from production teams and engineers. * Analyze CNC machining/fabrication workflows and identify inefficiencies. * Write clear user stories and specs for a STEP file analysis application. * Support integration of CAD/CAM data into ERP (planning, costing, BOM). * Collaborate with developers and stakeholders for seamless implementation. * Document processes, create diagrams, and support continuous improvement.
