We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to oversee enterprise-grade initiatives in the banking and financial services industry. This role demands both strategic oversight and hands-on management of complex digital transformation programs and core banking technology deployments. Key Responsibilities * Lead full lifecycle delivery of large-scale banking projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget. * Drive planning, execution, go-live, and support across cross-functional teams. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on goals, KPIs, and expected outcomes. * Manage delivery across at least two of the following tech domains: Core Banking Systems, Enterprise Data Platforms / Data Warehouses, Data Governance Programs, Enterprise Integration Layers (ESB), Business Process Management Systems, Digital Banking Channels (Web/Mobile) * Participate in pre-sales activities, including scoping, proposal preparation, and client presentations. * Act as a strategic account partner, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth. * Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks and interdependencies. * Foster clear, transparent communication among clients, vendors, and internal delivery teams.
Qualifications & Requirements * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or consulting, preferably in the financial services sector. * Proven delivery success across at least two of the following: Core banking transformation, Data warehousing or Big Data platforms, Data governance or compliance solutions, Integration/ESB systems, BPM or workflow automation, Web/mobile digital banking solutions * Experience participating in pre-sales efforts, such as client workshops, RFP responses, or solution scoping. * Ability to manage long-term client relationships, support account expansion, and drive commercial engagement. * Strong command of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. * Outstanding stakeholder management, critical thinking, and verbal/written communication skills. * Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset. * PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
