Requirements: * Over 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, including the ability to make qualification calls. * At least an Upper-Intermediate level in English (in both written and oral). * Strong knowledge of LinkedIn outreach. * Experience in identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and database creation. * Proficient in CRM systems and statistical tools, with the ability to extract and analyze necessary data, preparation of different reports and metrics collection and analyzing campaign effectiveness. * Experience in strategy creation, conducting various experiments, analyzing results, and implementing best scenarios. * Experience both in actively seeking direct clients and in organizing successful roadshows. * The preparation and composition of texts, as well as the creation of sequences. * Skills of mentoring and training of trainees and juniors.
Would be a plus: * Experience with various lead generation automation services. * Practical experience with email outreach and Upwork.
