We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior BDM.
Your mission: lead sales, partnerships, and investment strategy to make us the #1 real estate tokenization platform in Asia and beyond.
Responsibilities: * Improve sales strategy: identify key growth vectors, analyze markets, and discover new development opportunities. * Attract investments to drive company growth, structure M&A deals, and establish strategic partnerships. * Independently close deals: deliver presentations and pitches to CEOs and founders (B2B, B2C), and finalize agreements. * Lead the Sales and BD team (currently 2 team members). * Build long-term, trust-based relationships with partners, clients, and investors. * Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, webinars, and interviews.
Requirements: * 3+ years in sales within IT, fintech, crypto or investment sectors. * 1+ in crypto is a must. * Proven track record of attracting investments. * English proficiency at C1 level or higher. * Well-developed personal network is a plus. * Entrepreneurial experience is a strong advantage.
