We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can sell with confidence and understand the product inside out. You’ll speak the client’s language, lead them through the journey, and drive them to activate and subscribe. What You’ll Be Doing: * Manage and convert inbound leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, Zoom — whatever it takes to close the deal; * Deliver deep product knowledge: understand how Stobox 4 works, its core use cases, and the tokenization process (Tokenization Framework); * Drive deals through the pipeline in CRM, track stages, and consistently meet closing KPIs; * Identify client goals and pain points, match them with the right solutions, and clearly communicate the value of the platform; * Support existing clients on their growth journey — identify upsell opportunities, recommend additional modules, and lead them toward expansion.
What We’re Looking For: * Fluent English — native-level communication (both written and verbal); * Proven experience in B2B SaaS or IT solution sales (Web3/Fintech background is a strong plus); * Ability to explain complex technical products in a simple, clear, and compelling way; * A proactive mindset — you’re someone who analyzes, improves, and brings new ideas to the table; * Willingness to learn fast, stay updated, and leverage AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks and work smarter.
