Role Responsibilities * Create and manage content: Write articles, scripts, interviews, and social media posts tailored to fintech audiences. * Develop and distribute content strategy: Repurpose materials for various platforms (LinkedIn, blog, email, media) to expand reach. * Collaborate across teams: Work with marketing, design, product, and client teams to align content with goals and insights. * Maintain website and social presence: Keep web content consistent and post regularly on social platforms using performance data. * Integrate visuals: Enhance written content with branded visuals, working with designers or using tools directly. * Engage experts: Conduct and process interviews with fintech professionals for expert-driven content and case studies. * Learn and report: Stay current with trends and best practices, while reporting progress and results to the Marketing Lead.
Skill set and experience we believe you should have for that role * Strong Writing & Research Skills: Experienced in B2B content creation, journalism, and storytelling, especially in fintech/tech. * Adaptive & SEO-Friendly: Skilled in adjusting tone across formats (web, articles, landing pages) with SEO best practices. * Social Media & Lead Gen: Proven experience growing LinkedIn/Twitter presence and crafting content that drives engagement and leads. * Fluent in written and spoken English with clear, impactful messaging. * Excellent communication skills (English C1+)
Nice to have: * Experience in Fintech * Proven track record of managing/growing LinkedIn or Twitter accounts * Journalism experience / previous work in media-publishings/magazines.
Daily schedule
Our company supports work-life balance and allows you to tailor your schedule, which consists of 8 working hours and time for lunch. This position requires availability until 1:00 PM EST.
Ad hoc meetings: * Any unplanned meetings organized depending on team circumstances and needs; usually flexible in time and/or agreed among the participants.
Interview Stages: * Portfolio Review * Intro call with Recruiter (up to 45 minutes) * Interview with the Hiring Manager (up to 60 minutes) * Test Task (optional)
