Requirements for the role: * Self-driven, proactive and energetic person with an analytical mindset; * Experience in a similar position at least for 3 years; * Excellent understanding of the Ukrainian labor market: candidate behavior, sourcing channels, and regional specifics; * Strong sourcing skills and understanding of different hiring strategies; * Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively; * Experience working with ATS systems; * High level of self-organization, responsibility, and initiative; * Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher — both written and spoken.
Would be a plus: * Recruitment experience in healthcare, finance, customer support, or for international; projects * Experience hiring for junior-level roles with on-the-job training provided; * Understanding of cooperation specifics with U.S.-based clients (time zones, culture, expectations).
Responsibilities: * Collaborating closely with hiring managers and contributing to recruitment strategy; * Full-cycle recruitment: from creating the job profile to offer stage support; * Active candidate sourcing through various job boards; * Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates; * Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates; * Maintaining up-to-date information in the ATS and generating basic recruitment analytics.
