Responsibilities Business Development & Account Growth * Account Strategy Development * Create and maintain comprehensive Account Development Plans for the assigned portfolio * Conduct quarterly strategic account reviews with stakeholders * Map decision-maker influence and develop multi-threading strategies * Expansion Revenue Generation * Primary KPI: Generate a minimum of 2 expansion opportunities per account per quarter * Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities through systematic client engagement * Execute a consultative selling approach focused on business outcomes * Own expansion pipeline from identification through closed-won * Stakeholder Relationship Management * Build and maintain executive-level relationships (C-suite and VP level) * Conduct monthly business reviews demonstrating ROI and value realization * Position as strategic AI transformation advisor, not just delivery vendor * Manage stakeholder expectations and nurture long-term partnerships * Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning * Monitor client industry trends and emerging AI opportunities * Gather competitive intelligence and market feedback * Provide insights to product development and business strategy teams
Project Delivery Excellence * End-to-End Project Leadership * Own complete project lifecycle from initiation through successful closure * Ensure delivery of committed business outcomes, not just technical deliverables * Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards * Lead cross-functional teams, including AI engineers and solution architects * Client Experience Management * Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) >4.0 across all projects * Ensure a premium client experience at every touchpoint * Proactively address issues and implement corrective actions * Build trust through transparent communication and reliable delivery * Risk Management & Issue Resolution * Identify and mitigate project risks before they impact delivery * Escalate critical issues with a clear problem definition and proposed solutions * Maintain risk registers and implement mitigation strategies * Conduct lessons learned sessions and drive continuous improvement * Value Demonstration & ROI Measurement * Implement OKRs, DoD, and measurable success criteria for every project * Track and report business impact throughout the project lifecycle * Create compelling success stories and case studies * Prepare ROI calculations and business value presentations
Team & Resource Management * Project Team Coordination * Allocate and coordinate AI engineers, architects, and specialists * Conduct regular team meetings and sprint planning sessions * Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement * Ensure knowledge sharing and cross-training within project teams * Talent Development & Mentoring * Conduct bi-weekly 1:1 meetings with team members * Support professional development and skill-building initiatives * Provide performance feedback and career guidance * Resource Optimization * Optimize resource allocation across the project portfolio * Coordinate with other ADMs for resource sharing and load balancing * Monitor utilization rates and productivity metrics * Plan resource requirements for upcoming projects and expansions
Strategic Collaboration & Process Excellence * Cross-Functional Alignment * Collaborate with the AI Engineering team for technical solution design * Work with Business Development for pipeline development and deal closure * Partner with the Operations team for contract management and legal documentation * Align with CTO, CDO, and CEO on strategic account priorities * Process Innovation & Documentation * Maintain accurate project documentation and account records * Contribute to delivery methodology improvements and best practices * Share learnings and insights with the broader delivery team * Participate in process optimization initiatives * Knowledge Management * Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and best practices * Create and maintain technical documentation for client handovers * Build reusable assets and accelerators for future projects * Contribute to Neurons Lab’s intellectual property and thought leadership
