We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to drive our marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for translating business goals into actionable marketing strategies, managing campaigns from end-to-end, and analyzing performance to optimize for growth. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, strategic planning, and executional excellence.
What You’ll Do: * Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, translating insights into strategic recommendations. * Demand-Gen Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel promotional campaigns end-to-end (Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn), including budget management, monitoring, and iteration to maximize ROI. * Content & SEO Strategy: Develop and oversee the content strategy, defining messaging themes and an editorial calendar. Ensure all content is adapted and optimized for different marketing channels and drives our SEO objectives. * Channel Expansion & Innovation: Continuously test and evaluate new tools, technologies, and channels for customer acquisition to keep Corewide at the forefront. * Partnership Marketing & Communication: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key technology and co-marketing partners. Drive the application process for official partner programs (e.g., DigitalOcean, GCP). * Analytics & Reporting: Own the marketing analytics function, tracking campaign performance against KPIs and delivering clear, actionable reports to leadership.
What You’ll Bring: * 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the IT, or DevOps/Cloud Computing industry. * Proven, hands-on experience managing end-to-end digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads are a must). * Demonstrable experience developing content strategies and a deep understanding of SEO principles. * Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools. * Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with partners and in-house teams. * A strategic mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive projects forward. * Upper Intermediate English is a must
