Hue&Machine is an independent UX/UI design studio that partners with startups and tech companies. We design for impact — driving growth, solving real user problems, and making products more human.
Our portfolio includes work with global brands like Microsoft, Snap Inc., Headline, and emerging tech leaders across SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare, Energy, PropTech, and beyond.
We are growing and looking for a Junior/Middle Project Manager to join our team and work together to provide best quality for clients and manage our design team.
What you’ll do: * Communicate with existing clients and ensure their needs are met throughout the project. * Manage and collaborate closely with designers, developers, and other team members to define project goals and requirements. * Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets — and keep stakeholders updated on progress. * Identify and resolve project risks or issues early to keep everything on track. * Foster a team culture of collaboration, accountability, and creative thinking. * Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. * Lead post-project reviews to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
You might be a great fit if you: * Have 1+ years of experience in Project Management (especially with design or creative teams). * Are confident using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira. * Understand design principles and processes and have some familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite. * Have experience in managing teams and know how to motivate and align people to achieve shared goals. * Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, teammates, and stakeholders — and have solid negotiation skills. * Are well-organized and analytical, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay on top of the details.
