We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on accelerating customer acquisition, enhancing retention.
What Experience Is Important to Us:
* 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
* A strong background in online gambling or fintech industries.
* Deep expertise in digital marketing: SEO, SEM, SMM, email, affiliate channels.
* Demonstrated success in building acquisition and retention frameworks.
* Advanced proficiency with performance analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
* Proven ability to manage significant marketing budgets and maximize ROI.
* Strong leadership and team management skills across multi-functional groups.
* Fluent English is essential; other language skills (especially Hindi) are a plus.
What You Will Do:
* Design and lead a full-funnel marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition.
* Oversee digital marketing channels including SEO, paid media, affiliate programs, social media, and influencer partnerships.
* Collaborate with the product and creative teams to coordinate feature launches and promotional campaigns.
* Track and analyze campaign performance, define clear KPIs, and adjust strategy based on real-time insights.
* Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure high efficiency and return on investment.
* Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
* Build and expand affiliate networks, cultivate strategic partnerships, and continuously evaluate traffic sources for profitability.
* Plan and execute retention-driven campaigns via email, push, and SMS channels.
