Responsibilities: * Full-cycle recruitment for various roles tech/non-tech, TOP/Middle Management roles * Active sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Djinni, GitHub, AmazingHiring, Boolean/X-ray search * CV screening, assessment of hard/soft skills, English level, and candidate motivation * Conducting interviews, collaborating with Hiring Managers to shape role profiles and evaluations * Managing candidate communication and support throughout all stages — up to pre-onboarding process * Preparing and discussing offers, leading negotiations and counter-offers * Tracking recruitment funnel metrics: time to hire, source of hire, stage conversion rates * CRM and Tools: Hurma, Trello * Participating in professional communities and maintaining a strong personal brand on LinkedIn
Requirements: Hard Skills: * 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment * Solid understanding of key tech stacks (Java, Python, QA.) * Confident sourcing skills using modern recruitment tools * Experience conducting interviews and working closely with Hiring Managers * Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Hurma) and recruitment analytics
Soft Skills: * Strong communication skills, empathy, and active listening * Proactive and self-driven approach * Skilled in negotiations and objection handling * Flexible and adaptable in fast-changing environments * Multitasking and ability to handle multiple vacancies in parallel
