We are growing our team of Executive Recruiters to support our US-based clients and are looking for a driven, persuasive, and high-energy recruiter to lead tech placements in the Microsoft Dynamics space.
What You’ll Do * Own the full recruitment lifecycle for MS Dynamics and tech-focused roles across the English-speaking markets. * Source and engage high-level candidates using creative, data-driven, and persistent outreach strategies. * Influence and negotiate with senior professionals, winning over hard-to-reach talent. * Work closely with the Account Manager to align recruitment strategies with client expectations. * Push back when needed: assert candidate fit, and ensure both client and talent expectations are met. * Communicate proactively in a clear, concise, and professional manner.

Requirements * 2+ years of recruitment experience (preferably in executive search, IT, or staffing agency environments). * Interest in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP) and related technologies. * At least Upper Intermediate English — excellent spoken and written communication is a must. * Proven ability to engage with senior-level candidates and clients. * Strong organizational skills — ability to juggle multiple roles and markets simultaneously. * Confidence to challenge hiring decisions when necessary, backed by insight and data.
