Responsibilities: * Handle inbound inquiries from patients seeking medical treatments abroad, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs. * Engage with patients across multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat) to guide them through their decision-making process. * Accurately process patient data and requests in our CRM system, ensuring the creation of detailed patient profiles and proper follow-up. * Collaborate closely with partner clinics to ensure seamless coordination of patient care, addressing any challenges promptly. * Provide personalized recommendations for medical treatment options based on patient preferences, medical history, and needs. * Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by offering empathetic, proactive support and responding to concerns effectively. * Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue while maintaining quality service and customer loyalty.
Mandatory Skills & Experience: * Fluency in English (B2 and above) — both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with international patients and medical professionals. * Strong sales experience — Proven track record of successfully closing sales in the B2C segment, managing leads, and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment. * Exceptional communication skills — Ability to listen attentively, negotiate, and build strong relationships with both patients and clinic partners. * Empathy & problem-solving — Ability to understand patient needs and offer tailored solutions, while handling challenging situations with patience and professionalism. * Adaptability and proactivity — A self-motivated individual with a solution-oriented mindset, eager to take on new challenges, and work outside of regular hours if necessary.
Nice to Have: * Experience in handling high-value or complex sales — Expertise in working with high-stakes clients or managing longer sales cycles. * Fluency in additional languages — Proficiency in languages beyond English will be an advantage in dealing with diverse patient backgrounds.
