Our team is looking for a strong TypeScript Developer to join an early-stage venture-backed startup helping medical practices launch their own AI-powered clinics — filling critical care gaps while generating additional revenue streams on autopilot. Tech Stack: * TypeScript (required). * React, Node.js, Python (preferred but not required — strong engineers can pick it up quickly).
Hard Requirements: * Strong backend engineering experience with solid system architecture fundamentals. * Proven ability to ship high-quality code fast. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent). * Experience with TypeScript. * Comfortable picking up unfamiliar technologies as needed. * English: B2/C1 level.
Nice-to-Haves: * Experience building AI agents, especially voice agents. (Keywords: pipecat, livekit, voice agents, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, fine-tuning, RLHF, quantization). * Previous experience at venture-backed startups (pre-seed to Series B stages). * CS degree from a top engineering university. * Prior role as a founding engineer or senior engineer in early-stage environments.
