Currently, we are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with B2-C1 English language proficiency.
Requirements: * 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst. * Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platforms. * Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred. * Hands-on experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and user stories. * Understanding of Salesforce best practices and declarative capabilities. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst) are a plus.
Responsibilities: * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce solutions. * Work closely with stakeholders to define and optimize business processes. * Translate business needs into functional requirements for the development team. * Configure Salesforce solutions and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT). * Provide support and training to end-users. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially in manufacturing environments.
