We are looking for a Traffic Sales Manager (Fintech)
As a Traffic Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and optimizing a system for monetizing rejected traffic through referral and API channels. If you have a results-driven mindset and expertise in fintech lead sales, we’d love to hear from you!
Main Responsibilities: * Setting up and managing the system for selling rejected traffic (leads) via referral and API channels * Analyzing sales performance and implementing strategies to reduce CAC * Developing a network of advertisers (MFIs, fintech companies) and partners (CPA networks, brokers, webmasters), including negotiating better cooperation terms * Conducting negotiations, shaping beneficial deal terms, and maximizing revenue from rejected traffic * Setting up API integrations, preparing technical specifications, and supporting ongoing improvements * Implementing automated funnels and using direct communication channels to boost monetization * Creating and maintaining daily/monthly reports on key performance metrics * Expanding traffic (lead) sales system into new geos: Mexico, Spain, and other promising markets * Using and optimizing algorithmic rotators for automatic selection of the most profitable offers based on EPC/EPL
Professional Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in Fintech traffic sales (on the advertiser or network side) * Solid understanding of traffic monetization models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid * Experience working with advertisers, CPA networks, brokers, and webmasters * Strong negotiation skills and experience building long-term partnerships * Analytical mindset and knowledge of key metrics (EPC, ROI, ARPU, CAC) * Hands-on experience with traffic acquisition channels: PPC, Affiliate, Facebook * Understanding of product sales funnels and their role in financial services * Ability to write clear technical specifications and collaborate with development teams * English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
