We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our department and lead projects to success. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience in managing multiple projects, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
— Manage and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion.
— Coordinate between clients, developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
— Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients.
— Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
— Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
— Identify and mitigate risks, resolving any issues that arise.
— Regularly update clients and internal teams on project progress.
— Continuously improve project management processes and workflows.
Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an outsourcing or IT company.
— Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
— Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
— Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
— Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
— Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
— Technical background or experience working with development teams is a plus.
