Experience: * 4+ years of proven experience in a Business Analyst or System Analyst role. * Additional experience as a software developer, architect, or QA professional is a plus. * Experience in the fintech domain.
Technical Skills: * Strong knowledge of software development, database design, system integration, and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs). * Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, PHP, etc. (no coding, only basic understanding!). * Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and * Quality Assurance (QA) processes (not writing test cases!). * Understanding of UI/UX basics (no doing design!). * Proven experience in pre-sales and discovery activities.
Experience: * Proven track record in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management. * Familiarity with techniques and tools of requirements modelling, including UML, BPMN, ERP, user stories, use cases, and BDD. * Familiarity with API.

Responsibilities: * Identify and define business requirements based on inputs from stakeholders, customers, and subject matter experts. * Develop the concept of software/system implementation. * Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements and technical design. * Conduct impact analysis on any changes made to the project to ensure alignment with project scope and objectives. * Identify and manage risks related to requirements. * Articulate technical tasks to the team and ensure product quality through effective control measures.
