We are looking for candidates who are based in Kyiv or Lviv. Responsibilities: * Managing the end-to-end recruitment process. * Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions. * Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, etc. * Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume and phone screens, candidate interviews, offer preparations, and close qualified candidates. * Collect, input, and report recruitment data and metrics * Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy
Requirements: * Previous working experience, preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for at least 3 years * In-depth knowledge of candidates’ selection methods (competency-based interview will be a plus) * Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods * Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) * Strong customer service, negotiation skills, and ability to interact with candidates and employees at all levels throughout the company. * Fluency in English (spoken and business writing) * Experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup or agency. * Experience with tech or non-tech roles (Sales, Marketing, Finance).
