We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with a passion for social media, content amplification, and performance marketing. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to grow BotsCrew’s presence across key digital platforms, support lead generation campaigns, and optimize content performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Brand Building * Manage and grow BotsCrew’s presence across LinkedIn (company & team), Reddit, Quora, and other relevant B2B channels. * Develop and schedule engaging posts, replies, and conversations that build trust and visibility in AI/tech communities. * Collaborate with the Content Writer to repurpose blog content into snackable, high-performing social assets. * Monitor trends and actively engage in discussions on Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn groups, etc. * Help build the personal brands of leadership and team members on LinkedIn. * Regularly track, analyze, and report on the performance of social, SEO, and campaign efforts
2. Lead Generation Campaign Support * Assist in planning and executing lead generation campaigns (SEO, email, paid ads, ABM) * Work with the Head of Marketing and Sales to align campaigns with ICPs and high-priority accounts * Contribute to lead magnets, email sequences, and campaign performance reviews.
3. Experimentation & Growth Projects * Propose and run small marketing experiments (new channels, messaging tests, landing page variants, etc.) * Stay updated on B2B/AI/marketing trends and test new tactics to grow brand reach and conversions
✅ Requirements
Must-Haves * 1–2 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally in tech, SaaS, or AI * Proven experience managing LinkedIn and niche B2B communities like Reddit, Quora * Strong writing/editing skills and an understanding of content repurposing for different channels * Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) * A self-starter with strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
Bonus Points * Interest in Generative AI and ability to translate technical concepts into clear messaging * Knowledge of SEO principles and tools (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, etc.)
